Studies Prove that Testosterone Drugs Do Not Improve Weak Ejaculations
Studies have been carried out recently that show prescription testosterone replacement drugs have failed to outperform placebo drugs in random trials tested on men with ejaculatory problems..
The Study Itself
With 76 men aged over 26 who have ejaculatory problems, some given 60mg of testosterone solution at 2 pct strength and some given a placebo over a 4 month period..
They were asked to have at least four attempts at sexual intercourse with their Wife/Partner.. the trial were head by scientists, who kept a log of each man’s sexual activity, testosterone and ejaculate levels..
Within the period, 10 men dropped out of the study, the results revealed on the remaining volunteers that there was very little difference between the group receiving drug therapy and those receiving the placebo..
One of the doctors involved with the study, Shehzad Basaria, reported..
“Our findings suggest physicians who are treating men with ejaculatory dysfunction need to look at other reasons for delayed ejaculation rather than hypogonadism. More research is needed to determine whether a longer course of testosterone therapy or other treatment options can benefit men with ejaculatory dysfunction.”
It seems, at present, doctors feel that while increased testosterone levels can definitely help boost a man’s libido and sexual performance, there is, at the moment, no clinical evidence that drug based testosterone treatments can actually boost ejaculations and semen levels…
However, there is light at the end of the tunnel, there are some non prescription natural testosterone boosting supplements that do contain ingredients known to improve semen motility and quantity that work well with proven testosterone boosting compounds…
